If you’ve driven past our site lately, you’ve probably seen rooftops poking above the treeline and trucks rumbling along grading roads. The past quarter has been a flurry of activity—and some magic.

Here’s what’s new:

  • Foundations poured on lots 12–18, with framing now underway

  • The main access road is paved through the first half of the development

  • Water, septic, and underground utilities are now installed in the “ridge view” section

  • The first stretch of the community’s perimeter hiking trail is graded and ready for switchbacks

  • Landscaping walls, native plantings, and rock outcrop features are being staged

But it’s not just bricks and steel. I like to drop by early in the morning, when the sun kisses the peaks, and see carpenters adjusting beams, surveyors marking lines, and project leads chatting over plans. There’s real craft in every joist here—like someone carving out a home by hand, rather than massing boxes.

In future updates, I’ll share time-lapse photos, interviews with the construction crew, and sneak peeks of interior finishes. If you’re curious about a specific lot or want before/after shots, tell me—I’ll bring you into the behind-the-scenes.
