About Wildwood Reserve

Wildwood Reserve, located just 30 minutes from downtown Park City and 15-minutes from the back side Deer Valley Gondola, is a new breed of private luxury mountain community.

A community within a community:

The premiere 96-homesites of the 2,500 Benloch Ranch area have been carved out as Wildwood Reserve for the most discerning owners. Homesites offer sweeping views of the Jordanelle Reservoir in foreground against a backdrop of the Wasatch Mountains. Amenities like a clubhouse and trails are planned, but not yet built, for the master community. Wildwood Reserve owners have a voice through the HOA and can participate in shaping the direction of the seven phase Benloch Ranch.

We like to call it Smart Luxury™

Wildwood Reserve unlocks year-round access to world class outdoor activities while reducing the high costs of ownership due to the double benefit of the location in Wasatch County enabling rental income and the shared costs of community maintenance though a professionally managed HOA.
