Is there an HOA?

Wildwood Reserve owners will participate in the Benloch Ranch HOA. The HOA, once formed, will determine community priorities and commensurate dues. Services will include snow removal, shuttle service, road maintenance, common area maintenance and storm system maintenance.

Will you have shuttle service to ski resorts?

Yes! Exclusive shuttle service to the back side Deer Valley gondola accessing Park City Mountain Resort will serve only the 96-homesites of Westwood Reserve. Located just 15-minutes from the planned high-speed gondola will feature fast load time and a 10-person cabin. (link to article) Shuttle frequency will be determined by HOA.

Will Wildwood Reserve allow nightly rental?

Yes, both nightly and long-term rentals are allowed. Owners can choose their own management company or one of our preferred referrals.

What are the property taxes?

The current property taxes assessed by Wasatch County are equal to 1.1% of the property's assessed value annually.
